What is this service?
This is a REPAIR SERVICE. You must send an item to us for repair. We will repair YOUR item when we receive it. We repair the button and LCD screen backlighting and faded, dim, or blank display screen in your climate control unit.
If you want to purchase a plug-and-play unit we can do that too. We can also change the colors of your climate control for an additional cost. Please contact us for these options.
What happens when you click "buy it now"?
1)
Remove the shift knob, plastic shifter and console trim in front of the climate unit and then remove the stereo and climate assembly as one.
2) Properly package your item by taking it to a FedEX or UPS store, and ship the item to us (address provided after purchasing the listing).
How long it takes:
Disregard eBay's "Estimated Arrival Time" above. We are required to list a very long estimated arrival time to comply with eBay's policy because we have no control over how long it will take for you, the buyer, to send the cluster to us. Our turnaround time is generally 3-5 business days after receipt. Sometimes this is extended based on current repair volume.
As of 09/10/2020 the current repair queue time is 7-10 business days.
