This listing is for a pre-owned SPARCO Brand COMPACT LUGGAGE CARRIER Cart #01753.  It is in LIKE NEW CONDITION: It does not appear to have been used.
There is NO WEAR to the wheels.
Strap was removed to open product for pictures.  Item functions as intended.  Note: For me, I found that ‘pulling down’ on the locking brace was more effective than pressing.
Lightweight luggage carrier with flip up handle.
Fits under most airplane seats and in overhead compartments.
Compact design efficient for traveling.

Chrome surface imperfections: light scratches/scuffs, chip/missing chrome on one edge of the back section and light rust on side of handle section.
Imperfections consistent with age and storage.  Do not affect function of item.

I do combine shipping costs on most auctions.
