I have too many stamps!! After 58 years of collecting, I have finally decided to thin out my surplus. There's just no more room!! Up for bid is an almost complete set of Montenegro government in exile definitive issues from 1920. I am only missing the 2 Para. These stamps were never officially released and are difficult to find. In January, 1916, Montenegro was invaded by Austria-Hungary during World War I
and became part of Yugoslavia after the war. During this time, these stamps were printed in the hope that Montenegro would become independent again. These stamps are in pristine condition with  very, very light hinge marks. A rare collection, as far as I know, the Scott catalogue does not recognize these stamps. They are also of great historical value

In regard to shipping:
First of all, I don't do Global Shipping with eBay. I will send out my items through the US Postal Service. If an item comes in as Global Shipping, I will cancel the transaction.

and I will be happy to reduce your shipping costs accordingly.
All items are packed carefully to ensure that they arrive to you in the same condition they left here. I will ship within one business day when payment is made.
SHIPPING RATES
Domestic
- Single stamps or small sets will ship out first class for .50. Larger items (stamp sheets, FDC, stamp pages) will ship out first class parcel for .20.
11 items and up will be adjusted depending on weight and value (normally sent in priority mail box for .00)
International
– 1-3 items economy .50. 1-3 items first class for .50.
All international shipments with a value of USD and over will be sent by registered mail for safety. The cost for registered mail is .65 extra, added to the above shipping rates. A buyer can request a lower, first class only shipping rate, but the buyer will take full responsibility for the items shipped and any possible loss or damage through mailing.
I have a 100% Customer Satisfaction return policy in place.  If you do not receive an item, the item has been received damaged, or you feel the item was not described correctly, please contact me and I will correct the situation immediately to my best ability.
